Smart Business is our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software exclusively designed and developed for Fashion (Apparel, Leather, Accessories) Industry. This software manages the entire fashion product lifecycle, from order management to billing, Billing to Accounts with all statutory requirements (Excise/ VAT/ TDS/ Income Tax) and from production planning to inventory control. It also takes care of third party vendors. “Smart Business” plans your resources smartly with concept of one screen (one stop) solution for every module.

Inventory Management - Finished Goods


  • Products with multiple colour with size matrix, with supporting parameters like Brand, Category, Sub-Category, Product Group, Collection, Season etc.
  • 3 Systems of Barcoding: Own Barcodes, Unique barcode for each SKU, EAN Barcodes
  • Multiple Godowns/Racks for better Inventory Management
  • Products can be stored as set in Box and Box wise barcodes for speedier and accurate management of inventory
  • Multiple Price Lists for having different Rates or MRP for single product
  • Every Product / Colour can mapped with multiple Images which is displayed on all Screens


Order/Dispatch Management - Finished Goods


  • Simple Interface for Order taking – easy to use by any sales person without advanced knowledge of Computers or Software
  • Order taking can be done by Simple manual operations, Barcode wise Scanning or Online B2B by Sales person on any device like Tablet or Mobile (option of Zoom call also available)
  • Remote order taking with Barcode Scanning at Agent’s Office, Hotel booking or Fair Booking and auto synced to Office server via Cloud Server (If no internet then also Booking possible)
  • Browser based Order taking module with Live Stock and Order Status
  • Auto and Selective Dispatch Advice (Pick List) preparation with Customer wise order-dispatch priorities. Virtual stock blocking during peak season with help of this for complete customer satisfaction
  • Product / Colour Swapping for Non available products during preparing the Dispatch Advice
  • Auto Packing Slip / Invoice Generation based on Dispatch Advice, optionally can be made based on Sales Order also
  • Blocking of Invoices based Credit rules defined
  • Auto E-way Bill generation with direct update E-way bill in invoice from GST servers. Auto E-invoice generation QR code with IRN no., if applicable
  • Auto Email of Order/Invoice on verification to customer/agent
  • Vendor mapping to each product, can help generate vendor wise Orders or Pending Orders for placing Purchase Orders (Trading/Distributor/Dealer Module)
  • Auto Export / Import of Order / Sales details (helpful for any retailer for auto data feeding)

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)


  • Detailed Customer details with contact details, auto GST no verification

  • Credit Limit based on Amount or delay days can be defined for each customer
  • Multiple Consignment address for each customer in a state or out of state, GST related handling done automatically
